Been there before, what are you down 90, 95% at this point? you are smart to keep believing in the story, I bet JB is a nice guy probably saving current shareholders by not R/Sing the blown out share structure, but sooner or later outside investors will force him to do it, could be why he's have trouble finding one, so I will never say nothing bad about him, he could be the only thing standing between you and a total wipeout of your equity.
You do know it's a common practice of mining stocks to blow out their share structure, then R/S, effectively wiping out current holders for the new ones? don't you? and with almost a billion shares outstanding I would say we are there.
I am what's known as a vulture investor, so I am hanging around waiting for you to be wiped out, then I will buy, as one of the new investors in LBSR.
I am hoping for a 20 to 1 R/S at least, but until then good luck
