Yes, absolutely. We're gonna have to shake a little NSS demon, but I don't think that will be too hard if everything is done in the right order:

1) Complete buyback of 1 billion shares, minimally
2) PR the share structure and TFN ownership
3) Announce USA carrier deal or any other positive business developments
