Johnny. The reason I feel like I do is because I have verified the following.

Zero transactions in 2014 except 1 where they stole 25k (as a deposit) *wink -from a guy wanting sugar.

They flew around and got drunk on that money. That's it.

There were no transactions in 2013 either.

Estmar Global never existed. - I physically went there and no one within a 2 square block had ever heard of them or Westbrook. Including the law firm next door in suite 306 - never heard of Estmar or Westbrook and even made a statement that it "sounds like someone could be telling you lies about them having operated outa here"

So then I went to Salt Lake. Alexander Becz, who has a scammer alert out in him for selling fake iPhones told me he would be in New York ALL MONTH. Yet I show up and there he is.

I'm skipping details for time sake here but then William called me and left a 1:18 sec voice mail threatening me to stop being inquisitive "or else" (Within 30 mins of leaving Alexander's office) - Nice new car via sold shares btw Alex

We then texted for 2 hours and I told him he should be communicative with his share holders and do the interview or at least put put some something.

So then I go onto Susan Sjo. No one has heard from her since late October.

Another big red flag there.

Final nail for me was when Westbrook offered to sell me shares out the back door for a discount and then I realized why I had only seen retail sell volume vs dilution MM's.

So I warned everyone

And that's why I decided ok.... It's a scam and I'm outa here.

I don't manipulate stocks. I was super on fire about this one but I have always done hard core DD since being burned once.

The only info you see on the 8k for income was from shares sold (that they claimed) or maybe the $ they stole from the sugar guy. Which Hakeme is on the hook for because they force HIM to sign the Pro Forma.


Tired fingers now but look. Kool aid and white fish and Sgt pepper really were right on this one. I just had to see it for myself first.
