Thought u were talking about a viable company update, not more background on a director exiting or whatever happened. I don't think that anyone cares about knowing all of the details on Vakser. There are 2 major issues here: 1) Luther refuses to address why Vakser's name was ever on the SUTI shell to begin with & 2) why Vakser's brother in law remains on the board (why ever he was there in the 1st place).

Trust is the issue and it doesn't seem like Luther can be trusted after tag teaming with a soon to be convicted felon and scammer who was already sanctioned by the sec for fraud in another shell.

Hes said a full update on Vakser exit next week
