Its not an insider selling a bulk amount of shares. ..i didnt even look at this recent transaction and am not worried about it. If u followed sltd u would know JN and a few others have sold and then the pps went way up..i wouldn't worry about insider selling unless it a larger percentage of what the insider holds. Especially with SLTD track record of going UP after inside sales and large pullbacks.

I would be buying at this price now selling..
