Hi balihi, its cuz he has an agenda. He thinks guns are the problem, not the people who use them. And although I think there should be some restrictions, like how much ammo you can carry for semi automatic pistols, and maybe some laws that dont allow teenagers to carry around guns, for the most part you cant legislate the mindset that cvauses them to be misused.
