Poof? Poof the magic dragon? You can't be serious. We are to believe 24 BILLION shares will somehow vanish in a haze of "poof" with no detrimental effect to shareholders.....roflmao.....if sal's shares were all so innocent, why did Angel jack up the A/S to 30 billion behind shareholders' backs and then gag his transfer agent? Does that sound like the actions of a CEO who's looking out for shareholders? Lambs being led to the slaughterhouse here....

Fact remains? Most absurd explanation of 24 billion shares I've ever heard....but at least you ended with IMO
