I would love to believe that. However, how are customers supposed to know about them adding new channels other than going back to the app? Are they sending out emails, getting people excited on Facebook (maybe Facebook but to only 850 customers, many of whom I'm sure are investors)? They might be doing something behind the scenes but there's no way to tell. Essentially, NTEK is saying we've officially launched the the product, but really they're still in beta testing and customers should know that to be able to provide feedback. They're not actively building brand loyalty right now to ensure those customers choose UF as their go to source for 4k content.
My biggest question is how are they effectively gaining customers other than having the app on the TV? There's no brand recognition that would make a consumer even care to click the app. I wrote about this before. When I see them starting to make simple fixes like SEO and actually making UF's website findable and visible, I'll start to consider investing more. But until then, I'm leaning towards too much risk because there's too many questions, particularly about how much longer they can last as I don't think the ad-revenue/sales are significant enough at this point.
