That my friend is speculation. I didn't say R/S's never made sense to me. I said, "It simply makes no sense for a R/S to take place anytime in the near future."

Anything can happen as we move through the year! Hell, this is only January. So by suggesting a R/S is a possibility at this point if they can't obtain financing through other meansIS speculation.

I am completely aware of how a R/S works and its implications. Let's not jump the gun on this.
