Nope not 89mm. It was little under 400MM at that time, close to AS. That's why prior CEO couldn't do anything; NADA. There are lots of individual investors sitting on much higher averages. Asher had several notes outstanding which they could not convert because there werent enough shares to convert to. So what to do to get rid of Asher in the future? Raise the AS. Those large shares towards the end of the year I believe were Asher converting with the shares being soaked up by existing or maybe new shareholders. Take a look at the filings. There were still Notes Oustanding (2 of em I believe). If this is what happened it is VERY VERY GOOD.
