2) This comment you are responding to leaves my on-going
question to you unanswered...

Sorry, I thought you were asking questions hypothetically to prove a point.

If YOU think they should be catering to 8mm I want to know why?

No, not cater to them, but I do I think they should be testing strategies to acquire customers in this 8 million so they know what kind of revenues to expect based on certain amounts of spending. Building a loyal customer base now is a good way to expand your customer base later. What I'm looking for is the visibility of tests to acquire/retain customers. Poor SEO and links tells me there's no testing. Again, that's just my interpretation because they're such low maintenance, inexpensive things to fix and are effective, passive ways to get customers. (SEO can be expensive but it should be easy to obtain the knowledge to fix it for free).

It is VERY REASONABLE to assume they will PUSH UltraFlix (on packaging, copy, ads, etc.) to consumers as well.

I would definitely consider this part of a visible customer acquisition strategy. I would also increase my investment considerably upon seeing manufacturers commit marketing resources to advertising UF to consumers. Even seeing retailers do this on a wide-scale, consistent basis would be awesome.

These are just things I'm looking for to invest more. I've invested some based on the infrastructure buildout and semi-success at CES (you and I differ on the definition of success here).

I will say this discussion is increasing my confidence in NTEK but not enough to invest more until I see more from them.
