The best evidence supporting this notion is the COMPLETE LACK OF ANY REGULATORY FILINGS, INCLUDING "REAL" FINANCIALS AND/OR FILED SEC FORM 8-K's, WHICH "REAL" COMPANIES USE TO INFORM INVESTORS OF MATERIAL EVENTS! An example would be to file an 8-K to report something like the details of a $3mm cash infusion! LOL!
