I had stepped away from my computer for lunch. When I returned, I saw the email that Ninja had sent out re: $AFPW about 20 minutes previously. I missed it, of course, and wasn't going to chase, but went to the one- and two-minute charts and saw that the email was sent out just a couple minutes before the pps shot up nicely.

I have a paid subscription to StockCharts.com which allowed me to see the one- and two-minute charts. If you have a subscription to SC, you can view the same charts.
