Don't get me wrong, I see all this stuff as HUGE, which is why I invested a small amount already.

Where I see them failing is capitalizing on all this hype. Google searches, horrible visibility for UltraFlix's website, poor promotion of their benefits to the consumer (we all know the benefits because we've researched the company and read PRs, a normal customer isn't going to know this because it's not on UF's website or facebook page, which is high in SEO). Most my suggestions are easy fixes that show their interested in actually acquiring customers. Trust me, I understand the need to build up the infrastructure first but part of that infrastructure is also putting into place the ability to scale their advertising quickly. Being able to scale means you've tested out strategies. If you can't see UltraFlix's website when you google UltraFlix, they probably haven't tested out strategies, which tells me revenue generation is further off than expected, which is also a negative because we know the authorized shares are almost maxed out and the company is probably going to need a lot of money because they're still in the build phase of startup mode.

And no, having an app on the TV isn't enough. You need brand recognition, which I kind of see them failing at also because you can work on that with limited resources.
