Here's one thing I keep in mind about this shell. The CEO put up a fair amount of money to buy this company it and keep it going, he got a large slice of pie ($30M+) for doing so that. Those shares are not registered to sell so this isn't just a pump/dump. He has HUGE motivation to deliver on this both to recoup his investment and make his shares valuable. If those get registered to sell and this is still floundering the stock tanks and he doesn't get much of his money back.

Now don't get me wrong, he could still fail but he has lots of motivation to succeed too.
