Honestly man I give you a lot of credit I mean the facts don't lie

I bet you if I go back in search I will find tons of good questions and informational data

From your posts -- That I will remember reading before I ever thought about joining!

I was in the learning stage and had a $2000 position I took at 1.4 cents before the last big run

I learned about it that morning! As I bought and saw it go to $24,000 in value over the following day, I didn't sell.

Then it crashed lol =) I never sold I never gained but I was intrigued.

Now here is what I learned: it never crashed.

When Tim Young needed to have 1,000,000,000 shares instead of 500,000,000, HYSR traders knew it was coming

That's why PPS slid from 25¢!! (2-28-11)

This was in part by some wild short sellers who broke investor confidence:

It was because they saw the signs Tim Young would need controlling interest due to their, at that pointplanned upcoming ventures.

So as per legal requirements of the contracts to be signed w UCSB JCAP Lab,

They regained controlling interest via dilution.

HYSR tried to claim they still maintained controlling interest based on the named shareholders.

Unfortunately the SEC was not going to allow their select handfull to own securities which appropriated management " controlling interest " (decision making ability) -- while holding said securities on the open market!

Fair? Unfair? Who's Robin Hood?

Tim and associated share holders were holding out til their dream was realized.

They worked to collect this team and build this operation from the ground up.

When SEC didn't grant them "controlling interest" due to ‘et cetera‘

Tim and Associates , HYSR , collectively

Was forced to dilute

At which point the following response to SgtPeppers "SEC Questions for Tim Young"

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1481028/000101376213000847/pre14c.htm

This expanded authorized shares that were not owned by management and researchers that were traded on the open market. Then Controlling Interest request was reviewed permitted accepted granted signed stamped and delivered, as market forces accumulated interest (money managers).

We cannot hate what we do not understand, however, for this process is how a fair market value is established for securities in said emerging markets.

We are fortunate - all of us. To have capital to be online fed housed and clean, with extra, to invest in this business venture with hope that we are receiving quantifiable ROI (return) which is such we can further benefit the world.

I believe that our interactions with each other will serve as a class by which we can all raise the bar of expectations we have for ourselves!!
