Personally, if I ran this young, emerging growth company I wouldn't
spend a dime on anything (going forward) that doesn't directly impact
my revenues.

Agreed. I would take it a step further and focus on core values. Ie, cut out the resource drains of some divisions. We know there's potential in those divisions but let's face it, the potential is draining resources away from the bigger vision. I would also hope that if you ran this company, you'd be more transparent to the folks that help your dream get started.

I agree that building out the infrastructure is important. Making sure you can deliver quality content consistently is more important.

However, NTEK isn't making it clear what's going on. Their actions say we're still in alpha phase with no plans for customers, their words are saying we've officially launched.

From your other post:

But how would anyone FUNDAMENTALLY
KNOW what a company intends to do if they do not work for them; was
the implication of my communication in response to those inquiries.

I ask people what they're seeing because I want to know what's making them so positive about NTEK and UF. We all see the potential. Fulfilling that potential is what I'm looking for as an investor. I want to know if someone else is seeing something I'm not because we can see what a company's intentions are based on their behavior. A company not testing plans for customer acquisition is not helping investors see the fulfillment of potential.

Why is this visibility important? This is all going to cost money, I invested knowing this. Seeing the fulfillment increases investor confidence = higher stock price = less dilution.

And yes, I have contacted the company. Will let you know if I learn anything or if they even acknowledge that my suggestions are good or bad.
