From looking at that 8k , I see that they have nothing of value. It looks to be a scheme to issue stock and get back money off that as pretend debt to make it legal. In my novice opinion.

Now if THE regulators or stock cops really cared they would put an end to the games they play at the expense of anyone who puts money thinking that this company is real.
