Servers Still confirmed by 3rd Party and Debt has been deterred to Preferred Shares instead of Common......And the O/S is a little more then what we already expected

There was some good in this 8k along with some Reality Slaps but Still Holding......Note Holders dont just take preferred shares without confidence of return.....
