That is basically a fluff PR. It provides no information that is not readily available on the website. We need 8k's that state funding has been acquired so that way the phased projections within the 424(b)3 can begin.

This is a huge gamble. That is why the 424(b)3 has more risk associated with investment than drinking battery acid does.

Until we receive funding information, everything else is just noise. Money is the key, and until we receive it, this is nothing more than a dream.
