will they be filing an 8K equivalent of terms of the licensing agreement with OTC?

does this agreement account for the increased $300K in their 2015 guidance or is this in addition to the increased guidance they announced the day before?

justice - did you take the offer of 5K at $0.20? have you decided to become more aggressive in your accumulation with these recent announcement or do you still expect sellers to remain aggressive with their offers?

the company has 32.7MM shares outstanding and around 130MM fully diluted.

the current market cap is only $6.5MM which is only .5X current sales. with a small, growing company, they should get minimum 4-5x sales for market cap and that grows if they are profitable.

so - if these guys are legit, everything is above the table, and the company really is poised for growth as you believe - why are you waiting to be more aggressive on your accumulation? while i remain extremely suspect - i also can look at these numbers and see a completely different picture than in the past. while the numbers dont excuse the path - they certainly can overcome it if the trend remains for both top and bottom line. if me or others start feeling confident - you will be competing for multiple buyers for the same shares and chasing the ASK instead of buying cheap shares now where there is still little demand.

that is counter-intuitive to me. i get aggressive when i see long term value and no one else does. doesnt always work out but it works out more than it does not and that has been successful for me.

offers on the BID havent changed to any degree in the last week.
