as always, as with any stock, hear-say "reports" are essentially meaningless

ANY individual could state [and do] "i just talked to the CEO...blah, blah", and propagate any so-called info they choose

the bugman may very well not be "part" of MSEP, but until its "official", just because "dave" may have stated otherwise, OR because some anonymous alias "reports" such, doesnt make it so
