I've sent about 10 in the last couple of months. Never a response. Not even a standard mail. This might be the most annoying part. As a European investor I don't want to call internationally to get someone from XXII so a mail is my best bet.
If they are serious they might want to think about every aspect of their business, so also "Customer or partner care". They have millions, I'm sure some of that can be used to maintain the relations between them and both retail and business investors. caring is not alone luring you in with promises and shares.
