There was already a class action lawsuit filed in the us(for false and misleading PRs) it was dismissed without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction, which means it can be refiled if and when they return to the US. They'll return one day when they run out of cash. Although its a safe bet they saved enough to try again with another company. You could probably sue for intellectual property since we as shareholders are the rightful owners of the patents.
