Another day, another 52-week low. Situation: Normal in NTEK-land.

It's truly astonishing that some are trying to spin this as a wonderful thing, or somehow spin the TA's silence as entirely innocent and above-board. It simply doesn't take a long time to transfer that sort of data, and it would have been done a long time ago. They would have done the switchover at night, and the data would be up and running by the time trading opens the next day, no problem at all.

I understand something about transferring large data stores. What I don't understand is what sort of legal lines a TA is allowed to possibly color outside of. Ok, perhaps there's no "gag order", but maybe a polite request from the non-CEO to keep mum for a few days?

It's going to look really ugly when the veil is lifted and folks see the new share structure. It's hard to imagine such an occurrence now, but I daresay the disaster will be so evident that it will be impossible to spin as a good thing, even by those so well-practiced in painting victory on defeat after defeat after defeat.

This may be the last time this stock is in the .03s, and it took paint at the close to even accomplish that.
