Absoutely correct. Anyone that says otherwise is just pumping this. Surprised a few of the longs that have done so much DD didn't know an 8k must be filed once any of the 10M shares are sold. Company is on track, investors here have been speeding for months selling people billion dollar buyout dreams. No funding, no company. 2 weeks and counting now... We'll see.
