It's called being an Entrepreneur

Just because it's a family owned buisness it does not mean that other members of the family can not run the buisness...parents who have their sons/daughters/step children do step back and allow them to take over the family buisness happens every day of the year...same if they are in buisness with their spouses, brothers, sisters, parents, uncles, aunts, grandparents etc

So he owns a gold mine or whatever....I own parts of silver mines as well as oil wells as investments and I have a full time job

Does not mean I am out there drilling or mining

Called investments plus ownership or partnerships

The bulk of CEO's are investors, entrepreneur, partners, belong to the BOD of other companies

It is not against the law not being a known worldwide figure and/or being a CEO or investor or partner or entrepreneur or on the BOD of multiple companies
