I really do expect to see the filing, and then some things should be cleared up. What we do know is that there was a very strong recurring revenue stream heading into fiscal Q4, given the record revenue of approx. $1.75 Million in fiscal Q3 ended June 30, 2014.

That having been said, there is no excuse for the late filing, given that they had 3 months to get it filed on time.

But let's all check back as we go forward and see what the latest revenue figures are here with VRTY. That is the primary factor right now, IMO.
