I think when it dips below $1 the first time the most common is a quick test of low 90's then some seem to stay above but majority seem to retest or set new lows. Holding the $1 mark is important enough, probably increases the manipulation?

The ADX signal says it takes out .95

The fundies ain't that bad on WLT, looks like they have .85 cash per share. Should be a good one to follow ... sell the pops

EDIT: I did bad math ... 8.50 cash per share
