And what will drive both will be someone stepping up to the plate and investing the necessary funds ($5-10 million I suspect) to get the FPGA made so we can get on with the ASIC and taking of orders... of course, NVI isn't likely to get far without giving something up in exchange for the money they need. I know they don't want to give away the store, but sometimes, often, in order to launch (or in NVI's case re-launch) a venture you do have to give up a large chunk of the company. With that said however, if NVI's value to the telco mkt is as they describe to their shareholders - I'd take a fraction of a percent of the winnings rather than several times that percent of nothing.... the math is pretty simple.

Show me the money - get on with it already. Somewhere there has to be someone, or a group of individuals who clearly see the value of Embarq and are willing to invest at a reasonable rate in order to share in the wealth that Embarq is said to be capable of generating.

We shall see.
