When there is more selling than buying, the price goes down to attract more buyers.

If that is "manipulation" than I guess is the price is being "manipulated".

Face it. ELTP is not attracting new buyers and flippers selling to move on to something that is moving is putting pressure on a stock that does not have enough offsetting buyer interest.
