Neither have I. But that doesn't mean that they can't. There is just no reason to. I'd guess this company went through several months of questioning by FINRA and DTC (yes, DTC gets involved now).

FINRA was accused of being "too lenient" by the SEC a year or so ago, now to do a Reverse it's quite a task.

If you find it difficult to laugh at yourself, I would be happy to do it for you.
