Email response from Itonis. Neither discouraging nor encouraging, just thought I'd post.
I emailed the following message to Itonis Holdings two days ago regarding the fact that emesyl.com was down. I intentionally expressed overly dramatic thoughts that I didn't really believe simply to illustrate to them that some people may have those fears, and that in my opinion it's inconsiderate and irresponsible to not better keep the shareholders in the loop. Here was my email:

From Me:
"Dear Itonis Holdings,

As a long time major shareholder of IH, I was very alarmed and concerned to see that the website emesyl.com is listed as expired. I checked emesyl.net and there is nothing there either. If you are going out of business or no longer pursuing marketing and distribution options for your product, I believe it's your responsibility to make that clear to your shareholders.

Please inform.
Best,
xxxxxxxxxxxxx"

Here is their response:
"Hello Mr. xxxxxxx,

The website was being updated by the developer, it was not something that we requested. He informed us the site would be down for a short while. There is nothing wrong.

Sincerely,

Itonis, Inc."

On the upside:
1. They responded quickly, especially to an apparently panicked shareholder.
2. They have reassured us that "nothing is wrong", and I believe them.
3. They are obviously busy with on-the-ground developments, such that this (website briefly being down) didn't seem their greatest priority.

On the downside:
1. There is a cold feeling in their email the way I read it anyway.
2. Call me over-analyzing this, but I didn't feel comforted that in referring to their website developer, they used the word "he", not "they". I was hoping a big name company was putting up their website. When they say "he", I pictured a computer savvy stoner in his pajamas from his studio, but that's probably just me.

Whatever. I first bought in at nearly 3 cents almost a year ago. I'm surprised and disappointed to have waited so long. But truth be told, if it weren't for manipulation, ITNS would probably be sitting at nearly .02 or more today given the developments so far. Penny stocks are devils.
