The irony of this charade;
3 years ago Dean Harrison was offered a deal. A GOOD deal. BASEMINERALS tried to broker as such;
Mabwes SOLE interst was, and still is in the barite.
BASEMINERALS sole interst was, and still is on the lime;
A rep from BASEMINERALS approved Dean to broker a deal.
The deal was very simple... Let mabwe mine the barite, and to effectively mine the barite it would be beneficial to remove the lime to access the barite. Hence, BASEMINERALS offers a situ whereby mabwe give sole rights to BASEMINERALS for the lim, THEY mine it, BASEMINERALS has a sole mandate to market the lime whilst mabwe get $5 per tonne over mining cost, and we are all winners...........
We were told to foxtrot Oscar! FO plain and simple.
Subsequently we've all spent hundreds of tout hands on legal fees, losses etc.
By now we could have all been enjoying holidays in the Caribbean, but for ONE person. VERY VERY disappointing...one arrogant SOB.
