Ajaxx, just so you know, I've only used Pacer a few times prior to these searches so I'm not very experienced with using this tool.

Also, the Houston office site still says it hasn't been updated since 5/2 although the person I spoke with today was confused by this. Maybe because she immediately scans it she assumes it will appear immediately? Mrogop said that it's usually updated on Mondays and Fridays.

And, if even in a couple of weeks we still can't find anything on Pacer, my conclusion would be that the case has been sealed. I don't know why or how often a case is sealed (in fact, maybe it always is in the investigation period).
But I don't think that means irrefutably that it's tied to the Jefferson case.

I did specifically ask about Jefferson and she searched the TX database and didn't come up with anything. All this tells us is if he is indeed being investigated, it's either a) not being conducted out of Texas or b) it's been sealed.

Sorry, I realize this isn't very helpful but just wanted to provide what info I could in case someone else could expand on it.
