So BOTH the most well-represented defendant, AND the SEC, filed objections to Judge Azrack's 333 Report? And now Azrack is out, and Judge Levy takes over.

Does the 333 Report effectively deny the SEC's 331 motion for damages?

I guess we'll see if Levy is on-board with Azrack's Recommendations.
