Very nice news, but what's with the 'no money' bit?

"Under a CRADA arrangement a government laboratory may contribute people, equipment and facilities but no money."

Without money, there's only one way CYGX can finance its participation: dilution. I guess we have to consider the expenses as part of the process of validating synDNA.

But how long will it be before there's some revenue? Will it be this year?
