I'm trying not to get too excited, but since you are taking me there, let's consider what you posted a little earlier within your post below:

You insinuated that they get only $100,000 Net Profit per each dispensary that it franchises. The deal in the news today stated that the dispensary that they franchised today is making $2 million per year so the $100,000 could be conservative, but let’s use $50,000 Net Profit from each deal to go even more conservative for now. Please understand to use the Substitution Property as deemed necessary as more finite information is confirmed. I’ll do this quickly since I have to get back to my grand kids (LOL).

The PR today stated that they believe there is an opportunity to rebrand 150 to 200 medical marijuana dispensaries.

200 Re-branded MMJ Dispensaries x $50,000 Net Profit = $10,000,000 Net Profit

The current Outstanding Shares (OS) for FOFU is 90,506,875 shares:

For the purpose of this post, let’s consider the OS above, but keep in mind to use the Substitution Property as any of the variables change. Now consider below for deriving an Earnings Per Share (EPS):

$10,000,000 Net Profit ÷ 90,506,875 OS = .11 EPS

A conservative Price to Earnings (P/E) Ratio is 15, but given the current growth and the expected growth of the Marijuana Industry, I think it’s fair to use 20 as a conservative P/E Ratio. Now consider below:

.11 EPS x 20 P/E Ratio = $2.20 per share

This means that FOFU could easily be trading in the $2.20 per share area if they achieve their expected goal. Given that the revenues generated by the dispensaries is delivered as an annual amount, I think it’s safe to say that FOFU/Cafe Serendipity will be getting paid on an annual basis too. Given the news below and their current world class management team that have achieved far greater ventures then what they are doing here, I would venture to say that I believe they are well on their way for again achieving their goals of growth here with FOFU:
