Can't Wait to see How this

will be accounted for on their balance sheets. Not that MJNA is ever all that honest or accurate in their disclosures. But Llamas goes from being part owner of Kannaway through his part ownership of General Hemp to being part owner of Kannaway through his majority share holder position in MJNA. And in the process MJNA "pays" General Hemp (Llamas and Titus) a reported $119.6-242.7 million USD.

If any actual value (cash) is transferred here who's hands does it end up in? And who's hands does it come out of? Sounds like Llamas just sold MJNA's shareholders his failing MLM company (only he still kinda owns it).
