I believe the uspr board of directors know the end of uspr is near. There're many revealing facts appearing everywhere uspr BoDer's post on these message boards. The truth about them is overwhelming.
For instance, one of them has run off from posting, and this latest 10-Q is very clear, uspr has nothing, uspr has never had anything, and more than likely uspr will never have anything. We/uspr have several on going lawsuits (and will probably loss all rights to anything). So, buy uspr shares knowing your money is lost. They clearly state this many times throughout the 10-Q. They now fear jail, and are trying cover their tracks.
uspr clearly states, we/uspr have lost $53,000,000 million dollars of investor capital, we just lost the loot, by paying BoDer's salaries, giving millions and millions and millions of shares to fictitious partners, among other silly things. In other words we/uspr are paying our-selves huge salaries.
uspr is a POS scam.
