Force Fuels, Inc., aka Café Serendipity announces first California Branded Licensed Store
HENDERSON, NV -- Jan. 22, 2015 (MARKETWIRED) -- Force Fuels, Inc. (OTC PINK: FOFU) (the "Company"), aka Café Serendipity, a national brand builder focused on the build out of a national brand in the recreational and medical marijuana is pleased to announce that it has closed an agreement for the rebranding of Golden State CBD, Inc.; a medical marijuana dispensary located in Vista, California.
Golden State CBD, Inc. is estimated to do approximately $2 million in revenue next year. Under the terms of the licensing agreement, Café Serendipity is to receive a percentage of the sales.
