Hi You seem to know you Oil & Gas plays so I am asking for your DD advise....I am in HEC @ .82 and I am in PRVB @ an avreage of .19, Now I can buy another 125k shares of PRVB in the low .30's or another 50k shares of HEC in the upper 70's - low 80's. They are both nice clean Oil & Gas producers trading at huge discounts.Now there is a rumor that Chinese investors are gonna be buying large blocks of PRVB soon which could pop us to 1.00 or higher but HEC is worth about $8.00 a share IMHO. Both stocks have dropped about the same exact % during a weeks time.Please let me know asap and I thank you very much.
