SAGD has no any toxic Preferred Shares! Its SS were changed a couple of times before 12/15/2014 and all of those F/S and AS raising actions were approved by the then majority shareholder's votes! But on 12/15/2014 there was no any majority shareholder who voted for or approved this fishy AS increasing (from 450M shares to 3B shares) action which is illegal based on the common sense of security law!
