…gone tomorrow


there are no "assets" in INCC to be worried about, so why use ANOTHER company?????

smacks of ABSOLUTE messy hands trying to split these entities up for menial share exchanges or spin off when the parent GOES SOUTH

feeling the control getting yanked right out from under the shareholders
