please explan to me how a company even a scam like this one, can over a six year period of time never go up in price

Easy. Toxic death spiral convertibles. Every company that issues toxic death spiral convertibles dies, and almost every one goes straight down. That is what happens when they issue an unlimited number of shares at a 40% discount to the market price. That selling depresses the price, which leads to a higher amount of conversions which depresses the price even more. Thus, the "death spiral" part.

And don't forget this management was completely incompetent with absolutely no knowledge of the exploration and mining industry. Their bogus "NI 43-101" reports and fraudulent dollar values was a massive red flag and was all a person needed to see to know this was a scam from day 1.
