He doesn't. It's just been so long, any news brings (false) hope. The truth is this is just a hollowed out shell of a co right now, they're just going through the motions; stopped reporting and all.
They keep their EIN # so the government sees it's still a business and gets the tax breaks, but nothing's doing. It's not hard to do that you know.
