(imo) Using Generic products in Non-Generic products can lead to issues (from users) that generic blood strip companies may try to dodge if there are complications (eg. a diabetic gets a possible faulty reading.)

(imo) The blood strip company may say that its not the bood strip and may be the meter when actually it may be the blood strip itself...and may repeat with other diabetics.

(imo) I just think there are health issues that can be avoided by not mixing Generic products with Non-Generic products
