Parkinson responded to my buy back plan. I don't want to post his email here because he also responded to a separate production proposal I sent and I didn't ask his permission. But he said that the current video shipments will turn to cash by March and they are using this new cash flow to retire TCA and other debtors first. But they would be interested to buy shares and retire them based on share price and cash reserves at that time.
