Stuck at .17?? As far as I can tell, over 7,000,000 shares have traded in this price range in the last 90 days or so. It would seem a market maker has both a buyer and a willing seller involved in these transactions. It just amazes me that the price has been so stable for so long and 5% of all stocks have been traded. Any thoughts?
