In an effort to provide truths... let's review this.

Keeping in mind we have a pinksheets coming that claims reporting is in our future and that their debt is or soon will be complete paid off.

And it is factual that they recently had a PR with subway personnel quoted in it.

** This is from www.stocklemon.com... the guy that runs this site has been called lots of bad names on other message boards and I have no idea what his "real" success rate is in determining stocks good or bad. He has a report card, but we don't know if it shows all of this wrongs and rights.

With that said, here we are...

Stocklemon Gives a 3 for 1 Special

3 stocks- large market caps -combined revenue $0

In an effort to update our readers on what we see in the markets and share some thoughts, Stocklemon is doing something new :we discuss three stocks in one report. This brief report will focus on UDSG, FDRA, and XSNX. These three companies have one thing in common: NO REVENUES.

Universal Delivery Group (OTCBB:UDSG)

With 85 million shares outstanding and a market cap of over $125 million, Boca Raton based UDSG promotional sites claim he company has a deal with Subway to deliver sandwiches. Stocklemon contacted Subway legal and than the Regional Development Office of Subway Southwest Florida in which Mr. Baxter told us that actually UDSG has singed up 2 Subway stores. We then called the number to see how much it costs to get a sandwich delivered and we were told that they only deliver after 4 PM.

Stocklemon is offended by the promotional website for UDSG at http://www.stockalert2006.com/

UDSG is the reincarnation of Blini Hut, which just this week was the subject of controversy due to its ties to pump and dump and organized crime.

This looks like a typical pump and dump to Stocklemon. For a good chuckle, just read the last press release where the company projects revenues of $88 million … BASED ON WHAT???? The company also tells us in a press release that the markets they are looking at can be measure in TRILLIONS -- yes, they said TRILLIONS ! http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060316/20060316005207.html?.v=1

That is a lot of sandwiches to deliver.

There is so much that can be said about Universal Delivery Group. It is the opinion of Stocklemon that their whole concept and press releases sound nothing short of amateurish.
